Facility
C.G.C. is located in Pompano Beach Florida, since 1967 we been providing our customers with quality gears. We provide the one of the most comprehensive array of gear manufacturing capabilities, all under one roof, to meet the changing needs of a diverse customer base.
Our machines include CNC lathes and CNC mills, manual lathes, milling machines, tooling and software for cutting, grinding, hobbing, shaping, and honing. We also have many of the industry's highest quality cutters. We specialize in manufacturing to customer specifications or a sample part, if an engineered drawing is not available.

Machine Shop Services
We can cut gear teeth of AGMA (quality) 8, 9, 10, and 11. Our gear sizes range from less than ½” (8 mm) with up to 18” (440 mm) in outside diameter. We fabricate splines, including involute internal and external splines, spur, helical, and worm gears. We have manual lathes and milling machines that can fabricate gear blanks and other machined parts very quickly. In certain cases, set-ups can be done the very same day an order is placed. Additionally, we offer hob sharpening service, sharpening of hobs up to 4.000" in diameter and 8.000" in length. We also offer superior outside services at the lowest possible costs like black oxide coating, nickel plating, and heat treatment. We combine a thorough understanding of gear manufacturing with complete dedication to your specifications and schedule.
